Staff from Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust came together for a special celebration to mark decades of dedicated service to patients, families and communities across Shropshire.
The Trust's annual Long Service Awards recognised staff reaching significant milestones of 25 and 40 years of NHS service, celebrating their commitment, expertise and contribution to delivering high-quality care over many years.
The celebratory event brought together award recipients, senior leaders and guests to reflect on the difference these staff have made throughout their careers, supporting generations of patients and helping shape services across the county.
Staff being honoured have cared for patients through changing healthcare landscapes, embraced innovation and remained steadfast in their commitment to the NHS and the communities they serve.
Jo Williams Group Chief Executive said: "The event is a wonderful opportunity to recognise and celebrate the extraordinary dedication of our colleagues. Reaching 25 or even 40 years of service is an incredible achievement and reflects a lifelong commitment to caring for others.
"Every colleague being honoured has made a lasting difference to the lives of patients, families and communities across Shropshire. Their experience, compassion and professionalism are at the heart of what makes our organisation special.
"On behalf of the Group, I would like to thank them for their outstanding service and congratulate them on this well-deserved recognition. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved."
The event featured the presentation of long service awards alongside afternoon tea and an opportunity for colleagues to share memories from throughout their NHS careers.
