Patricia Davies has announced that she will be leaving Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust (ShropCom) later in the year.

Her departure comes after successful progress in navigating the Trust through the past 4 years. She has led what was a good organisation that provided great care, into one which punches above its weight, leads transformation, steps into new ground, and innovates.

The Trust will soon begin the process of appointing a new Chief Executive to help ensure that its improvement journey can continue.
