Bank holiday arrangements for the funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II

As an organisation Monday 19 September will be recognised as a Bank Holiday.



It is a time of national mourning that we will respect alongside continuing to keep patient care as a priority. Therefore, operational arrangements are in place and we will be working with our systemwide partners to ensure any potential disruption to services is minimal and our duty of care to patients is fulfilled.



All patients in our care wishing to pay their respects to Her Majesty will be given the opportunity to watch or listen to the funeral and this will be organised on an individual hospital basis.



Any staff, patients or visitors who wish to send a message of condolence to the Royal family are able to so in the condolence books placed at Bridgnorth Community Hospital, Whitchurch Community Hospital, Ludlow Community Hospital and our Headquarters.
