Communications

This section explains the different types of communications the Trust uses.

Please be aware that there is no single system or central option to opt out of all NHS communications, and each of our services may use different methods to contact our patients and service users.

If you wish to change your communication preferences from this Trust, we please ask that you contact each service you are currently under the care of. They will be able to explain any implications and update their records accordingly.

If you are unsure which services are sending the messages, you may wish to check recent appointment letters or correspondence from our Trust for contact details.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Some of our services will be using SMS text messages to contact patients waiting for treatment. Information about this service is provided here including how to opt out.
