Corporate information

The Trust’s corporate information gives an all-round picture of the Trust, our activities and our plans. You can view current documents and browse our archive dating back to when the Trust was formed in July 2011.

This section includes the Trust Board papers and minutes as well as other publications that we have statutory requirements to publish.

These include the Annual Report which covers our activities and summary financial accounts for the year. It provides an in-depth look at how the Trust is governed, including Trust performance targets to membership and new initiatives. The Trust's full accounts (as opposed to the summary accounts in the Annual Report) are available on request from the Trust or to download from this website.

We conduct all contracting and tendering procedures in a fully open manner that adheres to all local, national and European regulations.

Each year the Trust has to develop a local plan of how it is going to achieve its objectives.
